How information is used
Information may be used to provide the service, authenticate users, operate customer workspaces, publish funnels, process subscriptions, deliver requested emails, provide support, protect the platform, and improve reliability and functionality.
Customer lead data
Prosperous Launch Suite acts as a software platform used by customers to collect information through their own funnels. The customer that creates and publishes a funnel is responsible for determining whether and how they may lawfully collect, contact, store, export, or otherwise use the information submitted by their visitors.
Service providers
The service may rely on third-party infrastructure and service providers for functions such as hosting, database and file storage, authentication, payment processing, and transactional email delivery. Current technology providers may include Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, and Resend. Their own privacy practices apply to information they process on our behalf.
Payment information
Payment card information is generally processed by the payment provider rather than stored directly by Prosperous Launch Suite. We may receive billing status, customer identifiers, subscription details, and related transaction metadata needed to manage access to the service.
Data retention
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce agreements.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Account holders may contact support regarding access, correction, or deletion requests. Certain records may need to be retained where required for security, billing, fraud prevention, legal, or compliance purposes.
Children
Prosperous Launch Suite is a business software service and is not intended for children to create accounts or use independently.
