Acceptable Use Policy

Prosperous Launch Suite is intended for legitimate business publishing, lead generation, customer communication, and related marketing workflows.

Prohibited activity

You may not use Prosperous Launch Suite to:

  • Send or facilitate unlawful or unsolicited spam.
  • Publish deceptive, fraudulent, impersonating, or materially misleading content.
  • Distribute malware, malicious code, phishing pages, or credential-stealing content.
  • Collect personal data without appropriate authority, notice, or consent where required.
  • Violate privacy, intellectual-property, publicity, or other legal rights.
  • Host pornography, revenge content, or unlawful sexually exploitative material.
  • Promote unlawful violence, illegal weapons activity, or other unlawful conduct.
  • Use the platform for political spam or abusive automated messaging.
  • Interfere with, probe, overload, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.

Regulated industries

Customers in regulated industries remain responsible for licensing, disclosures, advertising rules, recordkeeping, consent, and any carrier-, regulator-, association-, or industry-specific requirements applicable to their campaigns.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected abuse and may restrict, suspend, remove, or terminate content or accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, third parties, or legal compliance.
